Q: What shipping options are available?
All orders will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to the size of most products we sell. Please contact us if you are interested in expedited shipping on your order.
Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.
Occasionally, we may run out of stock on our inventory and the part may not be in stock at the manufacturer. If your product is backordered, we will contact you.
During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
Q: What if my product is on backorder?
Backorders can occur if the product is out of stock at our location, distributors or manufacturers. In these cases, we will notify you if there is a delay in shipping out your product, along with an estimated ship date. If a backorder is 30 days or less, you will not need to do anything and we will ship the product as soon as it comes available. For backorders over 30 days, we will notify you of the expected time frame and you must confirm if you're willing to wait over the 30 day limit. If we do not hear back from you, we are required to cancel and refund the order at the 30 day cut off time if the order has not been fulfilled.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on most items and orders over $149. Orders under $149 will be charged our actual discounted shipping rates. Some items that are over sized or beyond the weight limits of traditional carriers will be required to ship via LTL truck freight and will incur an additional fee that will be listed on the product detail page.
Q: What are your policies on freight shipments?
Some products on our website exceed the weight or packaging limits of traditional shippers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. In these cases, your product will be shipped via LTL truck freight. In these cases, once a product ships, the driver or delivery company will reach out to you to schedule delivery of your item on a specific date and within a certain time window. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for freight deliveries when they are scheduled.
Any shipments that go out via LTL truck freight are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturer defect or you received a different product than you actually ordered. Customers must inspect freight orders upon delivery. Do not accept delivery if the package is visibly damaged or not what you ordered. If either of these occur, you should refuse delivery. Do not sign for or accept the package and contact us immediately.
Q: What is your returns policy?
Customers may start the returns process here.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Over 30 days, products are covered under manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
LTL freight items are not eligible for returns except under limited circumstances. See our policy on freight shipments for more information.
Items sent to us for return or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Any return without an RMA number assigned will not be refunded.
If a product is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, then we will provide a return shipping label. Once the product has been received back, we will send out a replacement or process a refund.
If a product has to be returned for any other reason, we will still accept returns up to 30 days after receipt, however the customer will be responsible for return shipping and the product may be subject to a restocking fee depending on manufacturer or supplier policies.
Some other items are not eligible for return for any reason other than factory defects or damage during shipping. These items include:
- Wheels and/or tires that have been mounted.
- Any opened electrical items such as programmers, GPS or audio equipment.
- Special order or custom painted items.
- Closeout or scratch and dent items.
- Gift cards.
