2018 SEMA Show

The UTV market has made significant growth at the SEMA show over the last several years. 2018 showed off more UTV products than ever before.

The Specialty Equipment Market Association is a trade association consisting of a diverse group of manufacturers, distributors, retailers, publishing companies, auto restorers, street-rod builders, restylers, car clubs, race teams and more. Each year, members of the aftermarket industries and the OEMs meet in Las Vegas for a week to connect with others in the industry and to showcase new and existing products.

We have been attending the show for the last five years and have watched the show grow tremendously. Initially, there really weren’t any UTV products on display. However, over the last few years we’ve noticed more and more manufacturers attending the trade show with some touting market crossover.

Here are many highlights of this year’s SEMA show with information about many of the products pictured.

He is also a driver in the Ultra 4, Pro Rock/Pro UTV and SRRS racing series. His first taste of going offroad was with his dad's 1979 CJ-7 when he was five years old and has been hooked ever since. After years of trail riding and technical rock crawling, he finally got the go fast bug and entered the racing scene. While he still has a great passion for full size rigs and rock crawling, he says there is nothing like the adrenaline rush you get from the speed and capabilities of UTVs.
